Meet CEO & Founder, Aly Rose
Aly Rose's passion for the beauty industry ignited at just 5 years old, as she eagerly delved into her Nonnie's extensive makeup collection. By the age of seven, she had already mastered the art of full glam makeup.
Her journey continued as she honed her skills, even charging friends and family for makeup services during middle and high school dances. Aly's dedication led her to become certified in theatrical makeup at OCC during high school, and at 16, she managed a beauty supply store.
In college, Aly pursued her love for beauty while studying Film, TV, and PR at USC. She managed the Urban Decay counter, served as a lead makeup artist, and assisted with glamorous red carpet events. After earning her BA from USC, she was recruited by Victoria's Secret Beauty, where she successfully managed a team of beauty specialists.
Fast forward 20 years, Aly has continued to empower women worldwide through her artistry. Along the way, she has conquered a battle with cancer, embarked on a journey of motherhood with two spirited boys, and embraced every day to the fullest.
